The JUKI RS-1R is engineered for high-mix, high-precision production. Its patented Takumi Head automatically adjusts recognition sensor height across a 1–25 mm component range — no manual head swap required. From the smallest 0201 metric chip resistor (0.2 × 0.1 mm) to a 74 × 74 mm large connector, a single head handles the entire placement range at full speed.
Component recognition is performed on-the-fly using a laser + 360° VCS camera combination, correcting pick-angle variation on every placement without stopping for a dedicated centering station. Each nozzle carries an RFID tag linked to placement history and board data, enabling full component-to-board traceability — a key requirement for industrial and automotive OEM audits.

Every AOK product goes through a defined 10-step process from incoming material inspection to final assembly and shipment. No step can be bypassed, and every board must pass 100% inline inspection at each gate before advancing to the next station.
