The AOK-TPHUB23 is a compact industrial USB 3.2 Gen 1 hub designed for system integration in automation equipment, industrial PCs and control cabinets.
It combines 2 USB-A ports, 1 USB-C port and Gigabit Ethernet in one rugged metal enclosure, allowing engineers to expand both USB connectivity and LAN access from a single compact device.
With 12–24V DC input, DIN-rail mounting and industrial protection features, the TPHUB23 is suitable for embedded and fixed installations where stable connectivity and space efficiency are important.
4 Total ports: 2x USB-A + 1x USB-C + 1x Gigabit Ethernet A single hub adds both USB 3.2 Gen1 connectivity and a wired network drop, so industrial PCs and embedded systems don't need a separate Ethernet expansion card. Backward compatible with USB 2.0 and 1.1. | 8kV/15kV ESD & surge protection 8kV contact discharge / 15kV air discharge ESD protection plus 350W surge protection on all ports. No external protectors needed — built to survive factory-floor static discharge events. | -40~85°C Wide temperature range Rated -40°C to 85°C operating temperature. Suitable for outdoor cabinets, vehicles, and any application where consumer-grade hubs fail. | ◆ DIN rail + wall + desk mount Aluminum housing with DIN rail bracket. Also supports wall mount and desktop installation — fits directly alongside PLCs in standard electrical cabinets. |
Many industrial PCs, edge controllers and self-service terminals ship with just one or two USB ports and no spare Ethernet jack. Adding a separate USB hub and a separate USB-to-Ethernet adapter means two more cables, two more failure points, and two more things to mount inside an already-crowded enclosure.
The AOK-TPHUB23 combines both in one DIN-rail-mountable unit: 2 USB-A ports and 1 USB-C port for peripherals, plus a built-in Gigabit Ethernet port for a wired network connection — all from a single upstream USB cable and one DC power input. For different port mixes, AOK offers the same housing and mounting across the wider TPHUB series.

What is the AOK-TPHUB23 used for?
It adds USB and wired network connectivity to industrial PCs, kiosks, automated test equipment, self-service terminals and embedded systems that need a compact, panel- or DIN-rail-mountable hub rather than a consumer desktop hub.
What ports does it have?
2x USB-A downstream ports, 1x USB-C downstream port, and 1x Gigabit Ethernet (RJ45) port, connected to the host through a single USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-B upstream port.
What is the maximum data transfer speed?
All USB ports run at USB 3.2 Gen1 speed, up to 5Gbps, and are backward compatible with USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 devices.
Can it charge connected devices?
Yes — each port supports the BC1.2 charging protocol at up to 5V/2A, so phones, tablets and other USB peripherals can charge while connected.
How is it powered?
It accepts a wide 7-30V DC input (12-24V recommended) through either a DC5.5*2.5mm jack or a 2-pin terminal block, but not both at the same time. If your installation already has a 12-24V DC supply wired to the terminal block, no separate power adapter is required.
What operating temperature range does it support?
-40°C to 85°C operating, -40°C to 125°C storage — suitable for outdoor cabinets, vehicles and other harsh industrial environments.
How can it be mounted?
The aluminum housing supports DIN-rail, wall and desktop mounting.
Can AOK customize this for OEM/ODM orders?
Yes — AOK Electronics has supplied OEM/ODM industrial USB hubs since 2008 and can customize port configuration, branding/logo, cable length and packaging, with sample-to-mass-production lead times as fast as 30-40 days.
Need a different port mix, connector type, or OEM branding?
AOK provides OEM / ODM services across the TPHUB Series — custom port count, housing color, labeling, and documentation support from MOQ 100 pcs.
